We evaluate your property before the first snow has even fallen. This allows us to account for obstacles such as curbs, fire hydrants, and more. Later, when we come back to clear your property of snow and ice, we’ll have these hazards marked out so that we can clear the snow without causing unnecessary damage to your property.
Equipment
Our snow and ice management equipment is maintained in good condition, we have additional equipment in case of any failures. We monitor the weather closely in order to avoid over-salting. This helps save the pavement, environment and keeps the costs down.
GPS Tracking
The equipment we use is the proper and required for the demands of clearing snow and ice on commercial properties. We track and record all site visits and can provide you with log sheets at any time to confirm the type and timing of work carried out on your property in detail.
